How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Charlotteaids Restoration should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Charlotteaids Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please know that Charlotteaids Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or decide things for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@charlotteaids.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What to Expect

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
