Charlotteaids Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not carry out restoration, cleanup, drying or repair work. We are also not a party to any deal you strike with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are linked with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about whether a provider will be available, how fast they will respond, or how their work will turn out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.
